## Abstract
This paper presents a low-complexity synchronization method specifically designed for intra-body communications operating at terahertz frequencies. The proposed method minimizes the synchronization errors by using adaptive algorithms that adjust to varying channel conditions. Results from simulations demonstrate significant improvements in performance over conventional methods.

## Key Contributions
- Development of a novel synchronization algorithm tailored for terahertz intra-body links.
- Implementation of adaptive techniques to enhance synchronization accuracy.
- Evaluation of performance through extensive simulation results demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed method in practical applications.

## Conclusion
The findings suggest that the proposed low-complexity synchronization method may enable more reliable intra-body communication systems, laying the groundwork for future advancements in biomedical applications.
